honestly I love living here. as long as you mind your own business, clean up after your dog and aren’t too obnoxious with the noise then you will love it here. Thank you to the maintenance team they have kept my apartment good and are always so kind

Honestly, I'm fairly pleased with my experience here. The apartment is high quality for the price we pay. Amenities have been very slow to open since COVID (the pool just opened this week for the first time), but when they are open they are nice. I would recommend Artesian Springs.

You will not regret living here! Amenities are awesome, apartments are super modern, and they have been so vigilant during COVID with sanitizing, social distancing, and taking all precautions. Maintenance is quick to respond and very knowledgeable when it comes to repairs and they are always respectful when entering apartments
