APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Millcreek

It's crazy reading all of these negative reviews. I've lived here forever and have never had a bad interaction with the people in the office. I think it's funny when people write in their reviews that the office people "promised" something when, in working in a similar industry, that's literally a word never used. What's really sad is the amount of bullying in these reviews against the office members. Who cares what their sexual orientation is or what ethnicity or nationality they are. Are we stuck in some adoloscent trauma or something? Griselda is seriously the nicest person ever. I talk to her all the time in the office and she is always so sweet. Keith is lively and welcoming. So, don't always believe what you read. In my experience people post negative reviews when they're mad because they didn't get their way, or because they didn't read their lease or something. Lois is so fun to talk with and she's helped me with some apartment issues (minor maintenance issues that maintenance DID address timely) and understanding some things in my own lease. Every place has their problems, but bitching about it online and calling people out directly is just childish and mean.

So I have lived at this complex for nearly 4 years now, and in that time this place has definitely had its ups and it's downs. Until about a year ago, the apartments had been under the same management staff that had managed the apartments for years and years. About a year ago, the company that owns the complex brought in new management. Since that time much had changed and none of it for the worse. It used to be that getting sometime to actually respond and follow through to a maintenance request was absolutely hell. No longer the case. It has new maintenance workers and a new maintenance manager. They even went through the old work orders and came to my door asking me about issues that had somehow gotten lost in the system years before. And while I have always liked this place, I was about to leave for a place with more consistency, but since the new management has taken over, things have really smoothed out. This is a great place especially for the money.

We have been moving here for 2 weeks and the service has been excellent, all the staff is very friendly, there was some damage to the apartment and it was taken care of immediately. We are very happy.
