APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Millcreek

I toured at artesian springs and the guys who helped me were really cool. The apartments are nice and big. Hoping to discuss the application process with them soon.

So let me start off by saying the staff is GREAT! I had the pleasure of speaking with Lois, and the issue that I called about, was resolved within minutes! Also, I would love to point out how great the amenities are! I love the swimming pool, it’s always clean and I don’t feel like I’m swimming in dirty water like I have it other complexes. Their clubhouse is nice and welcoming! All around I’ve enjoyed my experience being here and would highly recommend to all of my family and friends in search of an apartment.

It's crazy reading all of these negative reviews. I've lived here forever and have never had a bad interaction with the people in the office. I think it's funny when people write in their reviews that the office people "promised" something when, in working in a similar industry, that's literally a word never used. What's really sad is the amount of bullying in these reviews against the office members. Who cares what their sexual orientation is or what ethnicity or nationality they are. Are we stuck in some adoloscent trauma or something? Griselda is seriously the nicest person ever. I talk to her all the time in the office and she is always so sweet. Keith is lively and welcoming. So, don't always believe what you read. In my experience people post negative reviews when they're mad because they didn't get their way, or because they didn't read their lease or something. Lois is so fun to talk with and she's helped me with some apartment issues (minor maintenance issues that maintenance DID address timely) and understanding some things in my own lease. Every place has their problems, but bitching about it online and calling people out directly is just childish and mean.

Excellent service...patient in listening to you and they give you thousands of solutions...Very grateful... They work hard to maintain the facilities. They have improved a lot, congratulations.
